Do Food Safely is a free online course, and it is the one most councils across Australia recognise. It takes an hour or two, you can stop and come back, and it costs you nothing at all. Having it done means you can start selling the day we open.
New South Wales runs its own scheme, so if you are there, your council will point you to the right one.
